Private Sessions

During a private session, you decide what you want to focus on or tell us your goals and we can customize an agenda for you. For example, we can work together on:

• Obedience Commands - We can do an introduction to frequently used basic obedience commands or work on advanced techniques by adding distance, duration, and distractions.

• Behavior Modification - If you are having any behavioral issues from jumping on guests to leash reactivity, we can work together to solve the problem.

• Proactive Education - Whether you need assistance deciphering your dog body language or teaching your children how to safely and respectfully interact with dogs before any issues arise, I can be your guide. 

• All Dogs Welcome - We work with dogs of any size, breed, age, and temperament.

• Flexible Locations - Meet in the comfort of your home, at a nearby public park, or inside of our training facility. 

• Post-Session Summary - After each session, you will receive a personalized email with key takeaways, action items, and suggestions to reinforce your progress.

• Convenient Scheduling - Day, evening, and weekend appointments are available.

• Cost - Based on distance from Downingtown Borough Hall (4 West Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown):

  • Within 10 miles - $85/hour

  • 10.1 to 15.0 miles - $95/hour

  • 15.1 to 20.0 miles - $105/hour

  • Over 20 miles - Please contact us.

Note: If you choose to hold your session inside of our training facility at Dawg Day Afternoon, 1571 Horseshoe Pike, Glenmoore, PA 19343, the rate is $85/hour, and you can only select appointment times on the weekends or weekday evenings after 6:30 p.m.
